Plan to get here Friday April 10th around 3pm and plan to leave Monday April 13th by 10am. Make every attempt arrange your travel so you can spend the whole time with us. 

Nearby Santa Fe is worth and extra day of exploring if you have a bit of extra time and especially if you are an artist.

You get here and we take care of everything else.

Temperatures: Days are comfortable, usually in the 50-60's but temperatures drop significantly after sunset, with lows often dipping below freezing, especially early in the month.

Wind: Spring in New Mexico is famously windy. Bring a windbreaker and a hat. Our compound had a thick adobe wall around it.

Precipitation: While mostly dry, occasional rain or late-season snow showers are possible.

Conditions: The weather can change quickly, with potential for sunny, windy, and snowy conditions in a single day. 

We'll send a packing recommendation a week or two before the event.

Cancellation fees apply as follows and are based on your total booking cost:

• 0–30 days prior to arrival: 100% non-refundable but your reservation may be transferrable to another guest at the same event, with approval. 
• 31–60 days prior to arrival: 30% cancellation fee based on the total booking cost. 

No refunds will be issued for:

• Late arrival or early departure
• Illness, injury, or personal emergencies
• Weather conditions
• Travel delays, cancellations, or missed connections

You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
