What are Firelight Adventures?
We curate off-the-beaten path, small-group trips for women who want adventure — and each other.
These aren’t retreats. They’re custom travel experiences built around friendship and time spent in beautiful, unusual places.
Think grown-up summer camp: unplugging, exploring, lingering over meals, and making friends that stick long after the trip ends.
These trips teach us how to connect again — and how to build new connections at home.
2026 Firelight Adventure Schedule
Taos - April 10-13, 2026
High desert skies full of stars.
Historically, Taos is where people go when they're in between. Not to become someone else, but rather, something else.
Before it was an art town, Taos was a place of ceremony and story. Artists and writers like Ansel Adams, D.H. Lawrence, and Georgia O’Keeffe knew it, and worked their magic in the high-desert light. But the pull goes back even further than that.
Nearby Taos Pueblo is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with long Indigenous history of community and resistance. It's the oldest continually inhabited community in the United States.
The altitude, the light, the weather, the vastness — Taos won’t let you stay distracted for long. People lovingly call it "weird," but it's really just rare, exotic, artistic and high. The big sky helps us gain that perspective.
This Firelight Adventure is for women who want to get still, and listen — to the land, to themselves, and to each other. It's for women who want to unplug, unwind and explore with interesting people and things nearby.
Chamonix - June 13-18
Your summer home in the Alps.
Summer in Chamonix is easy and bright — pain au chocolat and espresso on the deck, Mont Blanc holding the horizon, with paragliders all around.
We’ll stay together in an alpine chalet with floor-to-ceiling windows and big views. It’s a true summer house — made for cooking together, champagne happy hours, laughter, and long evenings around the table on the deck.
Days are simple and good.
Walks in the woods. Hikes at your pace. Gondolas up to the glacier. Wandering town, shopping, picnics in the wildflowers and lingering over lunch. Afterward, we get back together for happy hour on the deck.
This is our seventh time in Chamonix.
We know it well.
This Firelight Adventure is for women who want friendship to feel easy again — time together without pressure, adventure without strain, and the kind of shared experience that quietly turns nice people into my people.
Allez.
Killarney, Ireland - Sept 2026
Crossing the threshold together.
Ireland calls people who are listening for something ancient in the natural world.
This Firelight Adventure will move at the pace of the place — misty walks, stone walls, old footpaths, music in small pubs at night. Our days won’t be packed. They’ll be shaped more by rhythm than agenda.
We’re drawn toward the southwest — near Killarney — where our roots run deep. Castles and rain. Laughter and long conversations. Time by the fire. Time to wander and ponder what's next.
This won’t be a highlights tour.
It won’t be rushed.
It will be lived. Very likely in the rain.
Ireland is a place of thresholds — ancient, lyrical, and alive — where people have been crossing and returning for centuries.
This Firelight Adventure is for women who feel the pull of ancestry, story, and belonging — and who want to step into what’s next together.
Are you a descendent? Us too.
